This policy explains what personal information Flow Design Studio (“the studio”, “we”), based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, receives through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because the website collects very little.
What we collect
We only receive information you choose to send us:
- Enquiry form (Contact page) — your name, phone number and/or email address, and anything you tell us about your project: type of work, site location, timeline and requirement.
- Ask Flow (the chat assistant) — the same kind of project details, if you choose to share them at the end of a conversation. Questions you type are answered inside your browser and are not stored or sent to us unless you send your requirement.
- Direct contact — if you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send through that service.
There are no user accounts, and we do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, discuss and prepare a proposal for your project, and keep in touch about that project. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How it reaches us
When you submit the enquiry form or Ask Flow, your details are sent to the studio’s email inbox through a form-delivery service that passes the message on; that service may process it on servers outside India. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It stores one small setting in your browser’s session storage so that the opening animation is shown only once per visit; it contains no personal information and is deleted when you close the tab. Images, videos and fonts are served from this website itself.
Links to WhatsApp, email apps or other websites take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and any records we are required to keep by law. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also raise a grievance with us about how your information is handled. Write to flowdesignstudio1979@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can.
Children
This website is meant for organisations and adults commissioning artwork. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If the way the website handles information changes, we will update this page and the date above.
